
Ingredients
- 2 thick slices of Sourdough bread
- 100g of Godminster Daredevil Vintage Organic Cheddar
- Half a Red onion
- 6 Tomatoes
- Half a clove of Garlic
- A handful of Basil
- Tablespoon of Fussels Coldpressed rapeseed oil, available @TheGodminsterShop
- Tablespoon of Balsamic vinegar
- Tablespoon of Mayonnaise
- Salt & Pepper
- 100g of Godminster Daredevil Vintage Organic Cheddar
- Drizzle of Seggiano Chilli Super Dense Balsamic Glaze, available @TheGodminsterShop
Method
- Mix: Chopped red onions, Chopped tomatoes, Garlic, Chopped Basil, Fussels Cold Pressed Rapeseed Oil, Balsamic vinegar, Mayonnaise, Salt & Pepper
- Drizzle Fussels Cold Pressed Rapeseed Oil onto two slices of Sourdough bread
- Place mixture onto Sourdough bread
- Sprinkle coarsely grated Daredevil Vintage Organic Cheddar on top of the mixture
- Bake for 15 minutes at 100°C
- Dress with basil leaves and drizzle Seggiano Chilli Balsamic Glaze
