Ingredients
- 400g fries
- A sprinkle of salt
- 100g Daredevil Chilli Vintage Organic Cheddar
- 2 Jalapeno peppers
- 1 Roasted red pepper
- ¼ Avocado
- 2 tablespoons of Salsa
- 2 tablespoons of Soured cream
- 1 Spring onion
- A drizzle of Seggiano chilli balsamic glaze (available from our Bruton shop)
- Half a Lime
Method
- Start by deep frying the fries for 4 minutes at 135°C
- Sprinkle some salt, coarsely grated Daredevil Vintage Organic Cheddar, jalapeño peppers and sliced roasted red peppers over the fries.
- Add sliced avocado
- Bake for 5 mins at 200°C
- Add the salsa and sour cream followed by a sprinkle of chopped spring onions, then drizzle some chilli balsamic glaze on top
- Serve with lime wedges for squeezing
