Our Mighty Middlewick Witch Mature Cheddar is a truly tasty treat! It’s the perfect cheddar for a mouth-watering cheese toastie, sprinkled on a homemade pizza, or folded into a rich cheddar fondue. Looking for a little extra heat? Red Chili Devil’s Dance brings a fiery kick that’s perfect for nachos, burgers or adding a spicy twist to your favourite dishes.
Both of these cheeses are made using English pasteurised milk. They contain no artificial preservatives and are suitable for vegetarians.

About THE miGHTY miDDLEWICK WITCH
A flair for fun and mischief, this witch would twirl her broom at any moment, sprinkling her magic on anyone in need. You can taste a hint of her magic in every bite of our cheddar cheese: rich and deep in flavour, with a balance of sweet and savoury notes.
About the Devil’s Dance
In a nearby village, a mysterious musician played his fiddle at a wedding party. The heat and fire of the dance could only be from the devil’s music, matched by the fiery heat in our chilli cheddar. Our award-winning cheddar is aged for up to 12 months before being infused with chillies for a powerful and distinctive cheddar cheese.

- Unlike the rest of the Godminster range, these cheeses are not enrobed in wax
All of our cheeses don’t contain any preservatives other than salt and will require storing below 5 degrees celsius. Unlike our waxed cheddar, these cheeses are enjoyed best straight from the fridge.
