Mature Organic Cheddar Duo
Our Mature Bruton Best cheddar is a truly tasty treat! It’s the perfect cheddar for a mouthwatering cheese toastie, sprinkled on a homemade pizza, or folded into a rich cheddar fondue. This delicious duo of cheeses have been made using the same exceptional quality cheddar as our waxed truckles, but a little milder and not coated in burgundy wax.
The Mature with Black Pepper is a powerful twist on our classic unwaxed cheese. Our smooth and creamy Somerset cheddar has been combined with crushed black peppercorns to give it an added spicy bite.
Both of these cheeses are made using pasteurised milk and are certified organic by the Soil Association. They contain no artificial preservatives and are suitable for vegetarians.

All of our cheeses are organic which means that they don’t contain any preservatives other than salt and will require storing below 5 degrees celsius. Unlike our waxed cheddar, these Mature Organic Cheddars are enjoyed best straight from the fridge.
