The Scarlet Crumb Sunrise Red Leicester delivers nutty and sweet notes with a tangy hit making this the ideal choice for your cheeseboard, sandwiches and favourite recipes.
Both of these cheeses are made using pasteurised milk. They contain no artificial preservatives and are suitable for vegetarians.

ABOUT SCARLET CRUMB SUNRISE
Amid the ancient stone circle, she fills each sunrise with vibrant energy. Though small in stature, her bright spirit colours the sky with a warmth that rivals the morning sun, leaving the horizon glowing as richly as our Red Leicester. Sweet and nutty in flavour with a balance of sweet and savoury notes, this cheese is firm yet crumbly with a satisfying bite.

All of our cheeses don’t contain any preservatives other than salt and will require storing below 5 degrees celsius. Unlike our waxed cheddar, these cheeses are enjoyed best straight from the fridge.
