When to Enjoy Your Organic Brie
Our handmade Organic Brie is made in our dairy in Bruton, Somerset, in small batches. We will sometimes send out orders featuring Organic Brie with Use By Dates ranging from 14 to 30 days, which means that the brie can be young and firm or runny and ripe depending on how long you leave it before eating.

How to Store Me
Our cheeses are organic and contain no preservatives so we recommend refrigeration (or storage in a cheese drawer or cheese pantry if you are lucky enough to have one!). Remove the cheese from the fridge an hour before serving to allow it to warm to room temperature and bring out all the natural flavours.
