Our smooth and creamy Somerset cheddar is blended with crushed black peppercorns to give it a spicy bite. Our mature cheddar is a truly tasty treat and made to the same exceptional quality as our Vintage Organic Cheddar, simply matured for a shorter time and not wrapped in our iconic burgundy wax.

All of our cheese is made using pasteurised milk and is certified organic by the Soil Association. They contain no artificial preservatives and are suitable for vegetarians.
