Marshfield Farm is a thriving dairy farm, with the entirety of its ice cream production made on-site. The Hawking family (all three generations) remain very much rooted in the business and work alongside over fifty employees working across the farm and ice cream business.
Their herd has grown to over 250 British Friesian cows. By introducing robotic milking, this allows their cows to be milked when they choose, reducing stress and improving their overall health. This milk is then taken only a few metres across the yard to their on-site ice cream factory.
Today, they make over thirty flavours of dairy ice cream and, just like that very first batch of Vanilla, they will only ever use their own herd’s milk in their ice cream. They’re committed to reducing their environmental impact on the planet, and they leapt at this by becoming officially certified B Corp in 2023.
Their flavours are inspired by all the family favourites. From creamy to crunchy, fruity to fudgy, they truly believe they have something for everyone, even the dog!

How to Enter
