Godminster – Cancellations and Returns – We are confident that you will love your Godminster order. However, we understand that from time to time you might need to amend or cancel it. Any Godminster order may be varied or cancelled by contacting us within a reasonable timeframe, and only before dispatch.
We make every reasonable effort to ensure that all goods that we despatch are in perfect condition and take precautions to ensure the integrity of any products for transit.
What happens if I need to return a product?
We can only accept returns for goods deemed to be in an unsatisfactory condition upon receipt, or for products mistakenly dispatched, as cheese is a perishable item. Please contact us immediately upon receipt of any goods in an unsatisfactory condition, or incorrectly dispatched.
As a result, we may offer a refund or exchange for the full value of the goods (depending on the condition). We may also refund any proven delivery costs incurred if you return the goods.
