Returns are only accepted for goods deemed to be in an unsatisfactory condition upon receipt, or for goods mistakenly dispatched, as cheese is a perishable item. Please contact us immediately upon receipt of any goods in unsatisfactory condition, or incorrectly dispatched. Depending on the condition, we may offer a refund or exchange for the full-value of the goods and any proven delivery costs incurred if you return the goods.
