Vegetables

Organic fruit and vegetables are far healthier for you. They contain higher levels of vitamins, minerals and cancer-fighting antioxidants. Non-organic food may contain residues of the 400 chemial pesticides routinely used in conventional farming. The UK government has recently found high levels of these residues in, amongst other things, baby food, spinach, celery, apples and dried fruit. We grow over 40 different types of vegetable, all unforced and without the use of artificial pesticides. Some of these end up in our products.
