We’ve been using this season’s elderflower and rhubarb to whip up some cordials! We want to capture their freshest possible taste to later blend into vodkas. Additionally, we’ve also been experimenting with herbs from the garden, grown by our herb-expert Nicole, attempting to add it to new cheese. We’ve not perfected the combination yet but the tastings sessions are time for pensive indulgence. We’ll keep trying and post any updates here.
