Crackers

A few years ago at Henrietta Green’s Food lovers market in Covent Garden, we were pitched next to a small baker, called Popina. After many months of trading cookies and brownies for cheese, we decided to have a go at doing something together. Popina were making cheddar and chive crackers, so we started by supplying them with our cheese. We now supply them with the rosemary and garlic that go into making our own two flavours of crackers, and have some deliciously crunchy, handmade crackers to show for it. Both flavours won silvers at the Great Taste Awards in 2005.
