What began as an experiment using up our left over fruit each year is turning into a little industry all of its own. We buy in organic vodka from a distillery in London and then infuse it with our various fruits and roots. Our horseradish vodka makes a bloody good Bloody Mary, the elderflower is frightfully fruity. They are available by mail order, but we produce only a limited number of these seasonal products. Please understand they may not always be available.
